We use Guittard Chocolate, Oregon Hazelnuts, dried Utah Montmorency Cherries, Red Ape Cinnamon, top-notch oatmeal, crystallized ginger, and anything else we can find that will make our rich, tasty treats delicious beyond all expectations. Naturally, we don’t stop at cookies. Our in-house bakers check our produce area for fresh new ingredients and whip up lemon or lime curds, fruit compotes, pies, or whatever else strikes their fancy.
