American Farmstead
Our own selection of full-flavored, hand crafted cheeses from across the USA. Think great cheeses only come from Europe? Not anymore. These American beauties will introduce you to some of the best our country has to offer!
Constant Bliss – a creamy gem made from raw Ayrshire cows milk (Jasper Hill Farm, Vermont). Grayson – a rich raw cows milk cheese with sweet and nutty overtones (Meadow Creek Dairy, Virgina). Fiscalini Mature Cheddar – sharp and grassy traditional bandaged cheddar (Fiscalini Farmstead, California). Point Reyes Monty’s Reserve – sweet, tangy, buttermilky blue (Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company, California).

European Vacation
Take a gustatory tour of the continent without ever leaving your home – and enjoy some of the world’s best cheeses along the way!
France: Brie de Meaux (Rouzaire) – rich and creamy with a light bitter almond finish. Switzerland: Gruyere Reserve (Emmi) – piquant, nutty, and fruity Swiss standard. Spain: Manchego (Pasamontes) – nutty and buttery sheep’s milk cheese. Italy: Gorgonzola Dolce (Gelmini) – sweet and sultry blue (Italy).

Vive Le France
A concise selection of French cheeses to entice the novice and the gourmand!
Brie de Meaux (Rouzaire) – our finest French brie. Comte Marcel Petite – cave aged in a converted underground seaside bunker. You’ve never had gruyere so fine! Bucheron (Sevre et Belle) – traditional soft-ripened chevre log. Bleu d’Auvergne (Empereur)– rich, creamy, and buttery, divine!

Molto Italiano
The Italians call it formaggi. You’ll call it fantastico. Mangia tutto! (Eat up!)
Taleggio (Arrigoni) – rich and meaty with a unique fruity bite. La Tur (Caseificio dell’Alta Langa) – creamy mixed milk cheese (cow, sheep, and goat) from the Alta Langa region. Piave Stravecchio (Lattebusche) – nutty aged cows milk cheese. Gorgonzola Dolce (Gelmini) – northern Italy’s classic blue.

Iberian
A wonderful introduction to the distinct flavors of Europe’s southwestern peninsula.
Picon – crumbly piquant mixed milk blue. Caña de Oveja (Miticaña) – buttery bloomy-rind sheep’s milk log. Iberico – cow, sheep, and goat milks blend playfully in this cheese. Manchego (Pasamontes) – our finest example of Spain’s most famous cheese.

Rovers & Ramblers
Take a trip across the pond and explore the tastes of Britain and the Emerald Isle.
Colston Bassett Stilton – the King of English cheeses from Neal’s Yard Dairy. Montgomery’s Farmhouse Cheddar – the mother of traditional cheddar. Cornish Yarg – as fun and delightful to eat as it is to say. Lincolnshire Poacher – with flavors ranging from sweet cream to pineapple, a real treat for the senses!

American Traditions
From sea to shining sea, these are some of the cheeses that define the American palate.
Grafton Classic Reserve – creamy and sharp 2 year old Vermont cheddar. Maytag Blue – the classic American blue. Vella Dry Jack – a California original, this dry jack has character enough to hang with the big boys. Cowgirl Creamery Mount Tam – a triple cream made with some of the finest organic and sustainably farmed milk available.

This platter features the best our beautiful state has to offer!
Promontory Cheddar – signature aged cheddar from Beehive Cheese Company. Farmhouse Gouda – sweet creamy raw milk gouda from Rockhill Creamery. Snow Canyon – a hard aged edam style from Rockhill bursting with flavor. Chevre – from Shepherds Dairy, fresh goat cheese plain or rolled in fresh herbs or cracked pepper.

Bold & Beautiful
For the braver palate, this platter features stinkers and biters galore! Our most full-flavored and adventurous cheeses available.
Pena Corado – beefy and tangy mixed milk blue from Spain. Fontina Val d’Aosta – earthy and rich with a crisp fruity bite. Garrotxa – grassy and barnyardy Catalonian cheese with a long clean finish. Red Hawk – washed rind stinker from Cowgirl Creamery with a rich sharp nutty flavor.
