Liberty Heights Fresh and the Swaner EcoCenter have paired up to bring local and regional produce and more to Park City and Summit County!

Now it is easier than ever to enjoy high-quality organic and sustainably produced food with our Park City Sustainably Farmed Food program. The Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter receives 5% of the proceeds of each share.

How it works:

Sustainably Farmed Food Program members pay in advance for 13 weeks of delicious, fresh food. Sign-up and payment is made with Liberty Heights Fresh. SFF food will be available for pick-up every Thursday between 4:30 and 5:30 pm at the 1258 Center Drive in the heart of Newpark Town Center, adjacent to the Newpark Hotel and Resort, in Kimball Junction.

The cost of enrollment includes the delivery charge to the Swaner EcoCenter. If you are not available to pick up your food during the scheduled time, the food will be held for you at Liberty Heights Fresh in Salt Lake through Friday. Occasionally pick-up dates and times may change due to holidays. Weekly emails from Liberty Heights Fresh keep you informed of any schedule changes and also let you know what you’ll be receiving. We’ll even include recipes and shopping lists to help you make the most of your delicious produce. Since the program goes year-round, new members can join at any time.

Prices start at just over $30 a week (including delivery to the Swaner EcoCenter) for a full basket of authentic, full-flavored food.

• 13 Week Subscription: $410 - Full Share, $295 - Half Share
• 6 Week Subscription: $210 - Full Share, $150 - Half Share

Vegetarian’s Bounty

• Everything in the Vegan Sustainable, plus:
• Our choice of the following: organic eggs, local farmstead or artisan cheese, jar of local honey, locally made granola, jar of local jam…
• 13 Week Subscription: $475 - Full Share, $335 - Half Share
• 6 Week Subscription: $240 - Full Share, $170 - Half Share

Omnivore’s Delight

• Everything in the Vegetarian’s Bounty, plus:
• Our choice of the following: grass fed Red Angus ground or stew beef, ground or stew-cut lamb, artisan sausage…
