Feeling in need of a pick me up after filing taxes this week? How about a sunny little cocktail made with freshly squeezed Valencia orange juice to add pep to your step. Makes 2 full-sized cocktails.   We recommend premium Scrappy's Bitters out of Portland for high quality bitters, individually hand crafted at peak season with full-flavored ingredients.  

Ingredients:

• 3 oz. freshly squeezed organically grown Valencia orange juice
• 4 oz. high quality gin
• 2 splashes sweet vermouth
• 2 splashes dry vermouth
• 1 splash Scrappy's Bitters

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Vigorously shake or chip for 15 seconds. Strain into two chilled martini glasses and serve garnished with an orange twist.
