Item Highlights

French Breakfast Radishes

French Breakfast Radishes are a beloved heirloom variety known for their slender, oblong shape and striking pink-and-white coloring. Unlike round red radishes, these have a milder peppery bite with a touch of sweetness that makes them easy to enjoy raw! They are crisp and juicy, perfect when sliced into salads, layered on toast with butter and salt, or simply eaten whole as a refreshing snack. Their gentle flavor and tender texture also make them well-suited for quick pickling or roasting.

Reading Raclette

Spring Brook Farm in Vermont is a 1,000-acre dairy and cheesemaking operation that cares for a herd of registered Jersey cows. They also run educational programming through their Farms for City Kids Foundation! Their Reading Raclette is their raw-milk, washed-rind cheese modeled on traditional Alpine raclette wheels. It’s aged for three to four months, during which it develops a creamy, semi-soft texture and with a heady flavor that favors fruity and milky notes. It’s a classic winter melter; try it in a fondue, over potatoes, or crusty bread in classic raclette fashion. It also holds its own on a cheese plate, where its farm-y funk can shine.

Ogleshield

Montgomery Cheese is a family-run dairy in Somerset, England that crafts cheeses from the rich milk of their own Jersey cows. Their Ogleshield cheese is a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese designed to melt beautifully. The wheels are washed with brine every few days, creating a sticky orangey-pink rind that seals in moisture. Inside, the paste is creamy, with a sweet and milky aroma and warm, savory flavor reminiscent of chicken broth. When melted, Ogleshield softens to a silky, luscious texture reminiscent of a classic raclette, making it perfect for grilled cheeses, burgers, or casseroles.

Central Milling Pizza Flour

Central Milling is the oldest continuously operating flour mill in Utah, with roots stretching back to 1867. They’re employee-owned and committed to sustainable agriculture, forging direct relationships with farmers and carefully milling grains to preserve quality and flavor from field to mill. Their Pizza Flour is crafted from premium hard red wheat grown in high-altitude soils, then stone-milled using a slow, cool process designed to protect gluten structure and flavor integrity. With a protein content around 11.5%, this flour gives dough strength and elasticity, making it ideal for long, cool fermentations or high-heat baking. Doughs made with this flour stretch beautifully, yielding crisp, chewy crusts. The flour’s gluten structure also performs well beyond pizza, making it a strong choice for sourdough or handmade pasta!

Hu Dark Chocolate Gems

Hu Kitchen got its start out of a restaurant kitchen where the founders, seeking a clean, minimally processed chocolate, realized nothing on the market matched their ingredient standards. The company now focuses on simplicity and ethical sourcing, using organic, Fair Trade-certified cacao and transparent ingredient lists. Hu Dark Chocolate Gems are small, hexagon-shaped pieces of dark chocolate made with just three ingredients: organic cacao, organic unrefined coconut sugar, and organic cocoa butter. They have a deep cocoa flavor that’s richer than typical chocolate chips yet still approachable. Their texture makes them perfect for melting and baking, but they’re also an amazing on-the-go snack. Because they’re vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from refined sugars and artificial additives, they’re perfect for clean-ingredient diets.
