Scion Cider Tour

Did you know that a Salt Lake City bar is home to the second largest collection of fine craft ciders in North America? It’s true! And we’re providing you with the opportunity to get behind-the-scenes to their collection! Scion Cider is a trailblazer in Utah and the country for their incredible selection of local, domestic, and international hard ciders, as well as their own home-brewed ciders. Though DABS restrictions prohibit Liberty Heights Fresh from selling hard ciders, our businesses have a strong history together. We’ll talk with Rio Connelly, one of Utah’s first certified Pommeliers and co-founder of Scion Cider, to learn how he was inspired by cider and where he hopes for the future of the Utah cider industry.
