Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
We ask all purchasers to carefully read through the following guidelines in order to create a clear understanding of the service, benefits, and limitations. By purchasing through our online store, you agree to these terms.
We at Liberty Heights Fresh created our online store as a way for our customers to gain exclusive access to fresh, organically grown produce, artisan cheeses, ethically raised meats, and more. When you purchase through us, you are getting fresh, healthy, ethical food. We work exclusively with producers who believe in the same values we do: creating minimal environmental impact, paying livable wages, and producing Good Food! We’ve invested years of work to source organically grown, ethically raised heritage foods from the best sources.
Processing Time
Orders received by 2.5 hours before store closure will be collected on the same day.
Orders will be collected and ready for pickup within 2 business hours of online order. Notification will be sent by email/text message when collected and ready for pickup.
Verified payment required before orders will be processed.
Pickup & Delivery policy
Pickup Timing: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email and/or SMS. Orders must be picked up within 3 hours of receiving this notification.
Unclaimed Orders: If your order is not picked up within the 3-hour window, it will be re-stocked to ensure product freshness. A restocking fee of 15% will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Delivery Fee: A flat-rate delivery fee of $25 applies to all local deliveries within 12 miles of our business. This will be calculated at checkout.
Packing Fee: A packing fee is applied to all orders (pickup and delivery) to cover the cost of labor. This fee varies incrementally based on order size. Please note: This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled after it has been packed.
We currently offer shipping for select non-perishable products.
Shippable Products: Only non-perishable, shelf-stable items are eligible for shipping. Perishable or temperature-sensitive items (e.g. fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) cannot be shipped at this time. During particularly hot months, we may not ship heat-sensitive items like chocolate. Requests for ice packs in shipped packages will incur additional fees.
Shipping Timing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please contact our store directly via phone for customized shipping dates or times.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Communication
When you purchase through our online store, you agree to receive and read transactional emails and text-messages from our service providers and staff. We will only ever email you regarding your purchase. Additional consent may be provided for our email marketing lists and subscription managed separately. We never give or sell your information to anyone else, however we may share your email with a service provider for the purpose of managing your subscription and sending our newsletter.

Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on opened items or food items that have left the store. Items that would like to be returned before leaving the store may be returned and refunded but with a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary per item. Refunds will be provide to in the method of payment. Processing time will vary by payment method.
