Mamachari Kombucha is proud to be Salt Lake City’s first kombucha brewery, crafting its first brew over 10 years ago. While they started their deliveries around town on a mamachari, a type of Japanese bicycle used for commuting around town, they have since grown to create a full taproom and wellness center nestled in Salt Lake City’s Ballpark Neighborhood.
