Rising Star Peaches

These certified organically grown Rising Star Peaches are grown on Colorado’s beautiful Western Slope. Grown under optimal conditions of high elevation and a unique terroir, these peaches are prized for their exceptional sweetness and balanced acidity. Each Rising Star Peach is carefully cultivated and hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring perfect taste and quality.

Manchego Anejo

Manchego Añejo from Pasamontes is a cheese aged to perfection, embodying the essence of centuries-old techniques passed down through generations. Made exclusively from the milk of Manchega sheep, which graze freely on the arid plains of La Mancha, this cheese reflects the nature of its origin. Its distinct flavor profile is characterized by a nutty sweetness with hints of caramel and a subtle tanginess that develops as it matures. Perfect for finishing dishes, pairing with Spanish wine, or enjoying on it’s own

Flora

Capriole Creamery has upheld a commitment to sustainable farming practices and artisanal cheese-making techniques for almost 40 years. Flora reflects this heritage, showcasing the rich flavors that result from the natural grazing of their goats and meticulous attention to cheese-making processes. Flora is a bloomy-rind goat cheese with velvety texture and creamy interior that gives way to a delicate tanginess, balanced by subtle earthy notes. Perfect to serve with fresh fruit, honey, and crusty bread.

Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

These candied cherries are soaked in Luxardo marasca cherry syrup. No thickening agents of any type and no preservatives are used and the dark red color is all natural. Luxardo Original Maraschino Cherries are used in the worlds’ best bars and by the most famous mixologists as a garnish in their creations. The syrup itself can be used in many cocktails as a flavored sugar or serve simply over ice cream.

Ritual Honeycomb Toffee 75% Chocolate

Made with Belize 75% chocolate and topped with house-made honeycomb toffee. Since Utah is also known as The Beehive State, Ritual Chocolate couldn’t resist making a chocolate bar that represents their home state. The toffee they use is Utah-local Hollow Tree Honey, which is carefully sourced raw, wildflower honey from hives across the Wasatch Mountain range. This honey is full of floral, nectar flavors that are unique to the array of wildflowers growing in our area.
