Yield:

6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Arroyabe Canned Tuna, drained
  • 1 small fennel head, chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion (~1/2 medium onion), chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup LHF Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Ritrovo Capers, drained
  • Maldon Sea Salt to taste
  • Burlap & Barrel Robusta Black Peppercorns to taste, ground
  • Optional: Generous drizzle of Mas des Bories Bouteillan Extra Virgin Olive Oil (we recommend adding it on top after serving, but you can mix it in with the other ingredients or skip it entirely)

Preparation:

  • Add the tuna, fennel, celery, red onion, Italian parsley, lemon juice, and capers to a large bowl. Mix well, making sure to separate large chunks of tuna to combine ingredients fully.
  • Generously add sea salt and ground black peppercorns to taste, mixing well.
  • Serve your tuna salad! Try it as a tuna melt on Leavity bread, atop a bed of greens with a drizzle of EVOO, or paired with Route 11 Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips!
