Item Highlights

Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens bring a bold, peppery bite and a wealth of nutrients to your plate. Their slightly bitter flavor shines when sautéed with garlic, tossed into salads, or stirred into soups or pastas. They’re especially good paired with something rich, think bacon, eggs, or sharp cheese. These wild greens are packed with vitamins A, C, and K, plus calcium and antioxidants that make them a nourishing addition to your meals. Try blanching them briefly to mellow the bitterness, or use them raw for a bolder flavor. Whether you’re building a hearty frittata or brightening up a grain bowl, dandelion greens add depth, texture, and a distinctly fresh edge!

Ewephoria

Ewephoria is an exceptional sheep’s milk gouda made in the Friesland region of the Netherlands. Crafted by Dutch cheesemakers with a deep respect for tradition, this semi-hard cheese was originally developed for the American market to showcase the rich, sweet flavors of sheep’s milk. Aged for at least six months, Ewephoria has a golden, crumbly texture and a buttery flavor profile that combines caramel and butterscotch notes with a slight nuttiness. Whether enjoyed on its own, paired with fresh fruit, or grated over roasted vegetables, this cheese is a true crowd pleaser. Its subtle sweetness makes it a natural match for dessert wines or a unique addition to a cheese board. With its complex flavor and creamy finish, Ewephoria is a delightful choice for both casual snacking and special occasions.

Snowdonia Black Bomber

Snowdonia’s Black Bomber is a standout extra-mature cheddar, known for its smooth, creamy texture and bold, lingering flavor. Made in Wales and aged for 15-22 months, this award-winning cheese balances rich savory notes with a touch of caramel sweetness, creating a well-rounded sharpness that keeps you coming back for more. It’s a favorite for a traditional Welsh rarebit, paired with pineapple or chutneys, or simply enjoying on its own. Snowdonia Cheese Company has built a reputation for crafting high-quality, flavorful cheeses, Black Bomber being the first! It still remains one of their most celebrated offerings.

Queens Gochugaru

Queens Gochugaru is made from traditional Korean Hong Gochu peppers grown by organic farmers in California’s Sonoma County, hand-harvested and sun-dried to preserve their vibrant flavor. Coarsely ground, it offers bright color, tart spice, and a clean, fruity heat that works beautifully in kimchi, dressings, soups, and more. Queens is one of the first brands in Northern California to source and process authentic Korean chili peppers locally, and their gochugaru stands out for its freshness and depth. Its lively, balanced spice is sure to inspire new recipe ideas.
