Item Highlights

Rainbow Chard

Rainbow chard is distinguished by its bouquet of wrinkled, rich green and bronze leaves and bright colored stems. Chard is known to be a nutritional powerhouse vegetable packed with vitamins, nutrients and health benefits. It contains high levels of vitamins C, K, E, beta-carotene, manganese, and zinc. Importantly, it also contains betalains, which supports the body’s detoxification process. Culinarily, rainbow chard is one of the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen. Amazing both raw and cooked, the leaves and stems provide a mild bitterness, making it the perfect substitution for other greens such as kale or collards. Complimentary ingredients include citrus, garlic, peppers, & olive oil. Ideally paired with grains such as rice and barley, roasted meats, chicken, bacon, cream, and cheeses such as pecorino and parmesan.

Neal’s Yard Dairy Colston Bassett Stilton

Neal’s Yard Dairy is a renowned London-based cheese retailer and maturing house founded in 1979, dedicated to sourcing, aging, and showcasing the finest British and Irish farmhouse cheeses. Their Colston Bassett Stilton is a recipe exclusive to Neal’s Yard, in partnership with Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottinghamshire. The dairy is one of only a handful that still produce Stilton, utilizing hand-ladling techniques to create a silky, rich texture and a balanced, creamy paste.
To preserve depth of flavor, the piercing that introduces blue mold is delayed until later in the maturation process, allowing the cheese to develop buttery, milky notes before the mold fully takes hold. The result is a blue cheese that leans toward gentle and sweet rather than aggressively sharp. It’s a memorable balance of blue character and creamy richness.

Florette Goat Brie

Florette Goat Brie is a French soft-ripened cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk, offering the creamy richness of traditional brie with the bright, tangy character of chèvre. Its bloomy rind covers a smooth, spreadable interior that gets more flavorful as it ripens. Delicate and delicious, it’s perfect with crisp crackers, fruit, or a drizzle of honey. This cheese strikes a beautiful balance between earthy and fresh, making it approachable for seasoned goat cheese lovers and skeptics alike. Let it come to room temperature to fully appreciate its creamy texture and nuanced flavor.

Masienda Heirloom Blue Corn Masa Harina

Masienda is a company built around celebrating heirloom corn and traditional masa methods, working directly with smallholder farmers to preserve genetic diversity in corn varieties while bringing authentic flavors to home kitchens. Their Heirloom Blue Corn Masa Harina is made from non-GMO blue corn that has been nixtamalized and stone-milled using careful, flavor-first techniques. The result is a masa with a sweet, nutty, and earthy flavor, plus a vivid blue hue that makes for a visually striking ingredient. It blends into a pliable dough with just water, and works beautifully for tortillas, tamales, pupusas, sopes, or even cornbread. It also retains the antioxidant benefits of anthocyanins, making it a meaningful choice for both flavor and nutrition.

Orinoco Kakao Kamili, Tanzania 70% Dark Chocolate

Orinoco Chocolate Co. is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Prescott, Arizona. Their work is grounded in celebrating cacao, honoring farmers through direct sourcing, and maintaining a simple ingredient list, typically just cacao, maple sugar, and cocoa butter. The Orinoco Kokoa Kamili Tanzania 70% bar is made using beans from the Kokoa Kamili fermentary in Mbingu, Kilombero Valley, Tanzania. It delivers notes of cherry and citrus, set against a smooth, light chocolate base, with an undercurrent of sweetness from late-season maple sugar. It’s incredibly smooth despite the high cacao percentage, making it a satisfying treat. It’s vegan and paleo-friendly, free from refined sugar, dairy, soy, peanuts, and gluten.
