Chocolate Tour and Tasting with Ritual Chocolate
Founded in 2010, Ritual Chocolate has been crafting gourmet bean-to-bar chocolate bars from the mountains just outside of Park City. Their small-batch operations feel not-so-small when you walk through their new chocolate processing facility, but one thing is clear: they never compromise on quality! Ritual sources their cacao from growers and coops that prioritize sustainability and people care. When the raw cacao beans arrive to the Ritual facility, they are then roasted, cracked and winnowed, ground, conched, refined, tempered, and molded into the delicious bars we know and love.
