Item Highlights

Acorn Squash

Acorn squash has deep green skin, distinct ridges, and golden, tender flesh that turns creamy and sweet when roasted. Its natural nuttiness pairs well with warm spices, maple syrup, or savory fillings like grains and cheese. Though it looks tough, it’s easy to prepare. Just halve it, scoop out the seeds, and bake until soft and caramelized. You can also slice it into crescents for roasting or pan-frying, skin and all. With its cozy flavor and ease of preparation, acorn squash is a staple for veggie-based meals and hearty sides.

Rockhill Creamery Dark Canyon Edam

Made in Utah by Rockhill Creamery, Dark Canyon is their take on traditional Dutch Edam. Named after one of their favorite southern Utah canyons, Dark Canyon exemplifies the effect of aging. This cheese is creamy with herbal undertones and ages two to four months in large wheels. It’s easy to enjoy on its own or alongside fruit, bread, or charcuterie. Rockhill crafts their cheeses with raw milk from Cache Meadow Creamery Farm, giving each wheel a signature richness and full flavor. This is a great everyday table cheese, but it also melts beautifully into burgers, potatoes, and pasta.

Appenzeller Dolce

Appenzeller Dolce is the youngest and mildest expression of Switzerland’s famously flavorful washed-rind cheese. Aged for just three months, it’s supple and creamy with a fruity tang and herbal finish. Though gentler than its older siblings, this still carries the distinct Alpine character Appenzeller is known for, making it a versatile choice for snacking, melting, or pairing with fruit and crusty bread.

Fly by Jing Sichuan Gold

Fly by Jing’s Sichuan Gold Oil is a bright, spicy, and deeply aromatic chili oil that highlights the bold, numbing heat of Sichuan peppercorns. Made by a woman-owned company committed to sharing authentic Chinese flavors, this oil packs a punch, with notes of ginger, garlic, and star anise. It’s the kind of condiment that transforms everything it touches—try it on noodles, eggs, or even drizzled over roasted vegetables.

Amano Raspberry Rose 55% Dark Chocolate

Amano Artisan Chocolate is a family-run company based out of Orem, Utah. Amano’s Raspberry Rose Dark Chocolate is a beautifully balanced bar that combines rich dark chocolate made with Ecuadorian beans with the bright tartness of raspberries and a gentle hint of rose. The fruit is vibrant but not overpowering, and the small bits of sugar crystals throughout bring an exciting crunch. Like all of Amano’s bars, it’s crafted in small batches using ethically sourced cocoa and meticulous technique.
