Item Highlights
Zollinger’s Apple Cider
Zollinger Fruit & Tree Farm has been a family-run orchard in Cache Valley since 1904, growing a wide variety of apples and selling produce directly from their farm. Their apple cider is pressed from a custom blend of about fourteen different local apple varieties, all picked and pressed at peak ripeness. Rather than use traditional heat pasteurization, Zollinger treats the cider with ultraviolet light to preserve the fresh-apple flavor. Many people say it tastes “like drinking an apple!” It’s amazingly crisp, naturally sweet, and the orchard-fresh apple character feels bright and clean. This cider works beautifully chilled on a crisp fall afternoon, gently warmed with cinnamon and cloves on a cold evening, or as the base of festive cocktails.
Parmigiano Reggiano
Parmigiano Reggiano, often called the “King of Cheeses,” is a culinary treasure with centuries of tradition behind it. Valserena is the oldest Parmigiano Reggiano dairy in Parma. Each wheel is carefully aged for a minimum of 24 months, allowing the cheese to develop its signature crystalline texture and complex flavor while staying true to the time-honored methods of production. With notes of rich butter and bright citrus, Parmigiano Reggiano is incredibly versatile. Shave it over salads, grate it into pastas and soups, or break off chunks to enjoy on their own with a drizzle of honey or balsamic vinegar.
El Guapo Holiday Pie Bitters
El Guapo is a New Orleans–born company that crafts cocktail bitters and mixers using thoughtfully sourced botanicals and a glycerin-based extraction method rather than traditional high-proof alcohol. Their Holiday Pie Bitters captures the essence of autumn and winter in a bottle. Blending sweet potato, apple, pumpkin, and pecan with warm baking spices, each dash brings cozy, nostalgic pie-like aromas. This versatile bitters works beautifully in cocktails with whiskey, bourbon, or brandy, but it also shines in non-alcoholic drinks like hot Zollinger’s apple cider! Suited for a holiday gathering or a quiet evening by the fire, Holiday Pie Bitters adds seasonal charm to every concotion.
Orinoco Patanemo, Venezuela Goat Milk Chocolate
Orinoco Chocolate Co. sources beans directly from cacao farmers around the world, celebrating the flavors of origin while keeping their ingredient lists simple and transparent. Their Patanemo Goat Milk Chocolate combines the region’s naturally nutty and caramel-leaning beans with rich goat milk and a touch of Himalayan pink salt. The result is a velvety, mellow chocolate with warm, toffee-like undertones and a soft, creamy finish that’s sweet with a hint of the classic goaty tang. Free from cow dairy, soy, gluten, and refined sugar, the bar tastes clean and pure while still richly satisfying.
