Item Highlights

Baby Turnips

These baby turnips come to us from Robert and Emily Gilmore at Twig & Branch Gardens, a local farm based in Holladay! They plant, grow, harvest, and pack everything themselves, valuing high-quality produce they feel good feeding to their children and yours. Baby turnips are small, tender, and delicate, with a mild sweetness and a gentler bite compared to their full-grown counterparts. Their greens are soft and peppery, perfect for using alongside the roots. When roasted or sautéed, baby turnips become buttery and mellow; sliced raw, they add a crisp, refreshing crunch to salads. They’re an amazing source of fiber, vitamin C, and potassium!

Gabriel Coulet Roquefort

Gabriel Coulet is a respected Roquefort producer based in the village of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, working within the strict Appellation d’Origine Protégée (AOP) tradition that governs this iconic French blue cheese. The Coulet family has been producing Roquefort for generations, aging their wheels in the region’s limestone caves, where natural humidity and temperature create the ideal environment for blue mold development. Their Roquefort is made from raw sheep’s milk. A hallmark of Roquefort, this cheese delivers bold umami character alongside notes of buttermilk, caramelized nuts, and fresh grass. It’s exceptional crumbled over salads, paired with honey and walnuts, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Robiola Bosina

Robiola Bosina, crafted by Caseificio Alta Langa in Italy’s Piedmont region, is a luscious blend of cow’s and sheep’s milk with a delicate bloomy rind. Its texture is rich and creamy, becoming more gooey as it matures, and its flavor is a perfect balance of buttery sweetness, mushrooms, with a subtle tang. The careful craftsmanship behind this cheese highlights the traditions of the region, where mixed-milk cheeses have long been cherished. Ideal as a substitute for similar cheeses like Brie, Robiola Bosina is best enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco or paired with raspberry jam!

Dram Holy Basil and Lemon Adaptogenic Sparkling Water

Dram Apothecary is a beverage company based in Colorado focused on creating functional drinks that combine clean ingredients with botanical adaptogens to support everyday wellness. Their approach emphasizes transparency, thoughtful sourcing, and blending natural flavors in ways that feel both enjoyable and purposeful. Their Holy Basil and Lemon Adaptogenic Sparkling Water pairs refreshing bubbles with bright, zesty lemon and herbal holy basil, an herb traditionally used to help the body manage stress. This drink offers a gentle, uplifting flavor that’s not too overpowering, making it easy to enjoy on its own or alongside food. In addition to hydration, the water provides adaptogenic support, helping promote calmness. It’s a refreshing alternative to typical sodas or flavored waters without compromising taste!
