Item Highlights

Bok Choy

Considered to be one of the oldest cultivated vegetables in the world, Bok Choy is native to China and classified as a type of non-heading cabbage. An excellent source of vitamins A, C, B6, K, and E, it also contains magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, and calcium. In other words, it’s a multivitamin in a vegetable. Bok Choy has a myriad of cooking applications including braising, boiling, grilling, and sauteing. Leaves and stems can both be eaten. It pairs well and carries the taste of aromatics such as garlic and ginger. If you’re feeling creative it can also be pickled or utilized in homemade kimchi.

Alta Badia

This cheese is named for the beautiful Alta Badia valley in the Dolomites. Made with fresh, raw milk, its aged for 180 days and produces a light brown rind and firmly textured consistency.  Inside is a warm yellow color, flavorful and aromatic. Perfect for snacking or melting. Serve with light, fruity, red wines.

Veigadarte Goat Log with Ash Rind

This cheese is what’s called a rulo de cabra, or “goat’s roll.” Made in Spain, Veigadarte has a soft-ripened bloomy ash rind. Cheesemaker Joaquin Casado, makes this cheese with milk from his own goat herd, a mix of two special Spanish breeds, “Florida,” and “Murciana.” Luscious, earthy, and tangy, it pairs well with citrus fruits, drizzled with honey, or sparkling wines.

Rishi White Peony Tea

This pure white tea is the epitome of spring. White tea is made from young leaves and silvery unopened buds. This particular variety comes from Zhenge and town in the Fujian Province the original birthplace of white tea centuries ago. Mellow and sweet with notes of honey, this is sure to delight any palate. Also makes for a great iced tea!

Amano Mango and Chili 55% Cacao
