Item Highlights
Fava Beans
Fava beans are one of the oldest domesticated crops, with evidence of cultivation dating back over 10,000 years. They are a springtime staple with a buttery, nutty flavor and creamy texture. Unlike many other legumes, they’re often enjoyed raw after removing each bean from its pod and outer skin. Once prepped, they shine in everything from simple sautés to pasta, salads, and spreads. Fava beans are also a great source of plant-based protein, fiber, and folate, making them as nourishing as they are delicious.Â
Morbier
Morbier is a semi-soft cow’s milk cheese, instantly recognizable by the thin line of vegetable ash running through its center. This classic French cheese is aged for a minimum of 70 days in the caves at Fromagerie Perrin. It has a smooth, creamy texture and a savory, brothy flavor with grassy notes. Melt it into potatoes or serve it with crusty bread and fruit for a simple, satisfying bite. Morbier is a great example of rustic French cheese with character and history.
Black Bomber
Snowdonia’s Black Bomber is a standout extra-mature cheddar, known for its smooth, creamy texture and bold, lingering flavor. Made in Wales and aged for 15-22 months, this award-winning cheese balances rich savory notes with a touch of caramel sweetness, creating a well-rounded sharpness that keeps you coming back for more. It’s a favorite for a traditional Welsh rarebit, paired with pineapple or chutneys, or simply enjoying on its own. Snowdonia Cheese Company has built a reputation for crafting high-quality, flavorful cheeses, Black Bomber being the first! It still remains one of their most celebrated offerings.
Regalis Saskatoon Berry Preserves
Regalis Foods is a New York City–based purveyor specializing in rare and exceptional ingredients like fresh truffles, caviar, and wild foraged goods. Their Wild Saskatoon Berry Preserves look like blueberries, but are actually related to wild apples. These berries are prized for their sweet, almond-like flavor and are preserved simply with organic cane sugar, lemon juice, and pectin to let their natural taste shine. The result is a jam that’s earthy, slightly sweet, and layered with depth. These preserves do wonders for ice cream, cocktails, and sweet breakfasts. It’s a rare find, crafted with care.

Speckled with natural red and orange colors, it offers a tangy, aromatic experience that balances sweetness with spice. This bar was recognized as a Sofi Silver Finalist for Outstanding Chocolate in 2014 by the Specialty Food Association.
