Their Davao, Philippines 77% Dark Chocolate is made with single-origin cocoa beans sourced directly from smallholder farmers in the Davao region. This bar highlights the richness and depth of Filipino cacao, with bold notes of brown sugar, fudge, and roasted nuts. It’s deeply flavorful without being overly bitter, thanks to careful roasting and minimal ingredients.
