French Breakfast Radishes
The French breakfast radish is one of the more than 100 radish varieties. It has a similar appearance to the familiar cherry belle radish but instead of a bulbous shape, it is elongated with edible leafy greens on top. The French breakfast radish has a mild peppery flavor and crisp texture. It is often eaten raw but the radish can be cooked as well. French breakfast radishes are likely to be found at specialty organic markets. Just like with ordinary red radishes, cooking brings out the sweetness in a French breakfast radish, and roasting and sautéeing are the best methods of preparation
12 Mo Aged Gruyere
This 12 month matured gruyère is made from raw cow’s milk by master cheesemongers Gourmino based out of Switzerland. This particular gruyère was given the highest accolade of World Champion Cheese at the 2022 World Cheese Award. This full-bodied gruyère has perfectly balanced notes of herbs, fruits, and a nuttiness beyond compare. This gruyère will quickly become a fridge staple for it’s versatility & delicious flavor
Largo
Largo is an American triple-cream cheese hailing from California, where it’s produced by Andante Dairy. The cheese is made from pasteurized Jersey cow’s milk and crème fraîche. Underneath its bloomy rind, the texture is soft, smooth, and creamy. The aromas are sweet and pleasant, while the flavors are rich, nutty, mushroomy, and sweet, with a long finish. It’s recommended to serve Largo with fruit jams and pair it with a glass of sparkling wine. The name of this cheese means generous or broad in Italian, referring to a musical term or a tempo mark that should be performed slowly.
Manuka HoneyÂ
Tasmanian manuka honey is collected from the Tasmanian tea tree, Leptospermum Scoparium. It is famous for its antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties, which in part, are the result of a substance called methylglyoxal which naturally occurs in the honey. The methylglyoxal content of our honey is independently tested. With a somewhat medicinal flavor, this honey is the perfect, delicious source of antioxidants. Ideal eaten on its own for maximum health benefits or mixed in a marinade.
