Item Highlights
Globe Eggplant
Sunrise Organic Farms, co-founded in 2015 by Samantha Watson, Jesus Salas, and Andrew Gibson, has grown from a modest 12-acre plot to over 200 acres across Santa Barbara County. They’re guided by a commitment to organic, sustainable farming. Their Globe eggplants are a standout among the many varieties they cultivate, prized for their smooth, glossy purple skin and tender, creamy flesh. Mild in flavor and wonderfully absorbent of seasoning, these eggplants are ideal for roasting, grilling, or layering into rich, savory dishes. Because Sunrise grows a wide array of seasonal produce all on their own land, you get more than just excellent flavor; each eggplant reflects the care and terroir of their local, regenerative practices
30 Month Gouda
Kaasfort’s 30-month-aged Gouda is a deeply nuanced Dutch cheese with character and complexity. A legacy cheesemaker, Kaasfort brings careful attention and artisanal expertise to every wheel — qualities that are unmistakable in this offering. As the cheese matures, it develops its signature crystals, offering flavors of butterscotch, caramel, and toasted nuts with a delightful crunch to complement. The aging brings a savory intensity that’s balanced by a gentle sweetness, making each bite feel refined. This cheese shines when grated over roasted root vegetables, eaten with d’ajou pears, or simply enjoyed on its own to truly savor the depth created by years of aging.
Mini Munster
Haxaire’s Mini Munster is a soft, pungent cheese from the Alsace region of France, known for its rich, umami-packed interior and distinctive washed rind. The paste is luxuriously smooth and creamy, offering flavors of roasted peanuts, cooked onions, butter, and straw, all rounded out by a balanced funk that’s surprisingly approachable when ripe. Haxaire has been crafting Munster cheese using traditional methods and raw milk from local farms since 1929, a heritage that truly shapes the character of this cheese.
Pueblo Seed & Food Co. White Corn Chile Grits
Pueblo Seed & Food Co. is a family-run farm and seed company near Cortez, Colorado, dedicated to growing heritage, open-pollinated, non-GMO grains, chile peppers, garlic, and seeds on their land and transforming them into small-batch artisan foods in their bakehouse. Their White Corn Chile Grits are crafted from certified organic heirloom white corn and house-grown Pueblo chile. Stone-milling both flour and cracked kernels creates rich, creamy grits with nearly double the fiber of standard corn products. Lightly seasoned with Pueblo chile and a touch of Utah salt, these grits bring a subtle earthy warmth and a satisfying texture to any meal. Enjoy them alongside roasted vegetables, under a fried egg, or dressed up with cheese and cracked black pepper. These grits are a comforting, flavor-forward pantry staple that embodies both nourishment and thoughtful craft.

Amano Dos Rios 70% Dark Chocolate
Amano’s Dos Rios 70% dark chocolate is made from rare Dominican Republic cocoa beans that caught the attention of Amano’s founder for their one-of-a-kind flavor. Thanks to a unique fermentation process, these beans naturally express notes of bergamot, orange, and lavender—no added flavors, just careful craftsmanship. It’s a bar that doesn’t fit the mold of traditional chocolate, and that’s the point. Amano is known for their small-batch approach and dedication to showcasing the true character of each origin they work with. Amano means both “by hand” and “they love” in Italian. This describes the care and perfection that Amano chocolate brings to chocolate and, in turn, to the people who savor it.
