Item Highlights
Graffiti Eggplant
Graffiti eggplants, with their striking purple-and-white streaked skin, are as beautiful as they are delicious. They are smaller and more tender than traditional globe eggplants, with a thin, edible skin and a creamy middle that lacks the bitterness sometimes found in traditional varieties. This texture makes them perfect for roasting, sautéing, or blending into dips like baba ganoush. Unlike some other varieties of eggplants that require salting to remove bitterness, graffiti eggplants are naturally sweet and ready to cook as they are. Try them folded into a hearty pasta dish or simply grilled with olive oil and herbs!
18 Month Gruyere
Aged for 18 months, Gourmino’s Gruyere Reserve is a true showcase of Swiss cheesemaking tradition. Made using milk from small dairy farms in the Alpine foothills, this Gruyère develops a deep, complex flavor with notes of caramelized nuts and browned butter. Its firm yet creamy texture melts beautifully, making it a very versatile option. The extended aging brings out a refined intensity, giving this Gruyere a well-earned reputation as one of Switzerland’s finest.
Lake Effect
Blakesville Creamery’s main goal is to humanely raise healthy goats using sustainable farming practices to produce the highest quality, handmade artisan cheeses. Blakesville started their farmstead creamery, meaning the cheeses are made on the same farm that the animals were raised, in 2020. Since then they have been constantly innovating and curating unique, delicious cheeses with the utmost care and attention on purity, quality, and flavor.
Lake Effect is a soft, bloomy-rind goat cheese. It has a rich, creamy texture and a balanced tang, with subtle earthy and buttery notes that deepen as it ripens. Smooth and spreadable, it’s perfect with fresh fruit, a drizzle of honey, or simply on warm bread.
Stony Brook Pumpkin Seeds
Stony Brook’s Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds are a simple, nutrient-dense snack made from high-quality, organically grown pumpkins. These seeds are left raw to preserve their naturally mild, nutty flavor and crunchy texture, making them perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. They’re also packed with protein, fiber, and essential minerals like magnesium and zinc. Enjoy them straight from the bag, toss them into salads and granola, or blend them into homemade nut butter.
Askinosie Del Tambo, Ecuador, 70% Chocolate
Moiré’s Kokoa Kamili 68% Dark Chocolate highlights the vibrant and expressive cacao of Tanzania’s Kokoa Kamili cooperative. This bar delivers deep cocoa richness balanced by bright fruit notes and a smooth, lingering finish. Moiré’s meticulous approach to sourcing and small-batch production allows the unique character of this single-origin chocolate to shine. Bold yet balanced, it’s a reflection of both exceptional beans and chocolate making.
