Item Highlights

Graffiti Eggplant

Eggplants are a member of the nightshade family and grows in a variety of shapes and sizes. The most commonly found in the United States are globe and Italian eggplant. Eggplant is tender, mild, and has a slight vegetale bitterness. Eggplant’s texture is perfect for blending in to dips and spreads, throw it on the grill, or saute with a white miso glaze for something different on the dinner table.

Coolea

Think of this as Gouda’s Irish cousin! This sweet and buttery bite is made by a family that moved to southern Ireland from the Netherlands in the late 1970s. The milk comes from a local heard of Holstein-Fresian cows. Curds are scaled and washed, to remove some of the lactose and reduce acidity, pressed for six hours, then hand brushed with a yellow coating before being aged 18 months – 2 years. This beauty has notes of butterscotch, honey, hazelnuts, and bourbon. East at room temperature with your favorite Irish whiskey.

Snowdonia Red Storm

Snowdonia is a Welsh family owned business started in 2001 that focuses on the production of natural, premium cheddars and Red Leicester cheeses. Red Storm is aged 18-months, intense and nutty in flavor, with a refined texture. Pair this award-winning cheese with fruits and pickles, or with a simply crusty loaf.

CalPac Black Garlic

This gorgeous garlic is produced by artisans with ancestral methods passed down through generations.Garlic is fermented then aged to bring out depth of flavor. Notes of dried fig, raisin, and balsamic are present along with aromas of black truffle and grape must. You can top just about any dish with black garlic. Perfect on pizza, over pasta, to add excitement to sauces, or smear it on your bread for a sandwich.

9th and Larkin 72% Dark Chocolate

9th and Larkin was started by an engineer and an analyst with a love for good chocolate. What started as a small operation in their home kitchen has turned into a company that pays singular attention to the quality of their beans and experiments with the best ways to use each variety. This 72% Dominican Republic single origin dark chocolate has notes of cherries, plum, molasses, and spice.
