Item Highlights

Honeynut Squash

Coke Farm, a pioneer of organic farming in California since the 1980s, grows a wide range of produce with a commitment to soil health and sustainable practices. Honeynut squash is a petite, flavorful relative of butternut, bred specifically for its concentrated sweetness and rich, velvety texture. Its deep orange flesh has an almost caramelized flavor when roasted, with a natural buttery quality that makes it perfect for soups, risottos, or pastas. The thin, edible skin means easy prep and minimal waste. Developed through a collaboration between chefs and plant breeders, honeynuts were designed to deliver the full flavor of a long-storing winter squash in a smaller, single-serving size!

Appenzeller Black Label

Appenzeller Black Label is a raw cow’s milk cheese from Eastern Switzerland, steeped in centuries of tradition and crafted under strict quality standards. It’s matured for at least six months in damp cellars, repeatedly washed by hand with a secret herbal brine that helps develop its rind and flavor. It offers bold flavors of pasture herbs, ripe fruit, and spice with a sharp, tangy bite that is balanced by rich creaminess. The rind adds earthy complexity and a hint of funk without overwhelming the cheese.

Hornbacher

Gourmino Hornbacher is a truly exceptional Alpine cheese crafted in small batches in Switzerland, using milk from cows that graze on lush mountain pastures. Made with traditional methods and aged to perfection, Hornbacher embodies the dedication and artistry of Swiss cheesemakers. Sometimes called the “baked potato” cheese, it boasts a nutty, savory profile with hints of toasted nuts, umami, caramel, and onions, balanced by a rich, crystalline texture. Perfect for grating over dishes, serving on cheese boards, or savoring alongside fresh bread and dried fruits, Hornbacher is highly regarded for its complexity and versatility.

American Spoon Apple and Onion Jam

American Spoon has been preserving Northern Michigan’s fruit harvest since 1982, working directly with local farmers to highlight regional ingredients at their peak. Each recipe is made in copper kettles with a focus on simplicity, balance, and showcasing real fruit flavor. Their Apple and Onion Jam strikes a perfect savory-sweet balance. Made with Northern Spy apples, caramelized onions, and a touch of balsamic vinegar and thyme, it’s a thick, chunky, fragrant spread that pairs beautifully with sharp cheddar cheese and rich, robust meats.

Amano Dos Rios 70% Dark Chocolate

Amano’s Dos Rios 70% dark chocolate is made from rare Dominican Republic cocoa beans that caught the attention of Amano’s founder for their one-of-a-kind flavor. Thanks to a unique fermentation process, these beans naturally express notes of bergamot, orange, and lavender. There are no added flavors, just careful craftsmanship. It’s a bar that doesn’t fit the mold of traditional chocolate, and that’s the point. Amano is known for their small-batch approach and dedication to showcasing the true character of each origin they work with. Amano means both “by hand” and “they love” in Italian. This describes the care and perfection that Amano chocolate brings to chocolate and, in turn, to the people who savor it.
