Item Highlights

Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi may be one of the more unusual-looking vegetables in the market, but don’t let its shape fool you; it’s incredibly versatile and easy to love! Its pale green or purple flesh is crisp and juicy, with a mild sweetness that’s somewhere between broccoli stems and apples. Peel away the tough outer layer and slice it thin for salads and slaws, roast it until tender, or cube it into soups and stir-fries. You can even cook the greens like kale or chard. It’s a great source of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C, making it a smart and tasty addition to your spring kitchen.

Capriole Old Kentucky Tomme

Capriole Goat Cheese was founded in 1988 in Greenville, Indiana, and has grown into one of the most respected artisan cheesemakers in the United States, especially known for its innovative aged goat cheeses. Their Old Kentucky Tomme is a semi-soft aged goat’s milk cheese crafted in the style of a French tomme. It features a natural bloomy rind and a pale, smooth paste when young that softens to a shiny, creamy texture with age. Buttery and rich with mild cellar and white-mushroom notes, the flavor deepens over time with a subtle “kick” that gives the finish a lively tang. The rind darkens and becomes crustier with maturation, while the interior develops translucency and complexity reminiscent of a classic Fontina. Old Kentucky Tomme is celebrated as one of the first aged goat cheeses made in the U.S.

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester is a raw-milk, cloth-bound cheese revived in 2005 by the Clarke family in Leicestershire, preserving a style that had been lost for decades. The cheese’s paste is vibrant orange and offers a rich, nutty flavor with subtle sweetness and a soft, chewy texture when young. Over time in Neal’s Yard Dairy’s care, the wheel matures into a drier, more crystalline form with brothy, savoury depth and concentrated umami.

Neal’s Yard Dairy is a London cheese merchant founded in 1979, acclaimed for its expertise in maturing and selecting exceptional British farmhouse cheeses. They source wheels and further age them in their Bermondsey maturation arches, bringing out deeper character and texture.

Marilungo Squid Ink Tagliolini

Marilungo, located in Campofilone in the Marche region of Italy, has been producing premium egg pastas since 1958 and emphasizes handcrafted methods, high-quality regional wheat, and free-range eggs. Their Squid Ink Tagliolini is a thin ribbon pasta infused with squid ink, giving it a dramatic dark hue and hint of marine essence. The dough retains the rich texture typical of their egg pasta lineage while offering very subtle briny and oceanic tones that complement seafood sauces beautifully. This pasta is perfect tossed with shellfish, olive oil, garlic, and parsley, or served simply with a lemon-butter sauce that highlights its elegance.

Chocolat Moderne Lemon Up

Chocolat Moderne, founded in New York by Joan Coukos in 2003, is celebrated for its visually stunning sweets and imaginative flavor pairings that introduce unexpected ingredients to chocolate-making. The Lemon Up Bar takes creamy white chocolate and fills it with a tart lemon caramel crafted from fresh lemon juice, delivering a refreshing citrus-forward profile. It’s mildly sweet, softly tangy, and thoroughly refined. It stands out visually as well; the company’s signature styling gives it a refined, modern aesthetic that reflects its flavor profile.
