Item Highlights

Lacinato Kale

Lacinato kale, also known as Tuscan or dinosaur kale, is a dark leafy green with long, narrow leaves and a slightly bumpy texture that sets it apart from curly kale. Its flavor is milder and less bitter, with a subtle sweetness that holds up well both raw and cooked. Chopped, it makes a great base for salads, especially when massaged with olive oil to soften the leaves! When cooked, lacinato kale becomes tender and rich, making it ideal for sautés, soups, braises, and pasta dishes. It’s packed with vitamins A, C, and K, along with fiber and antioxidants.

Central Coast Creamery Goat Gouda

Central Coast Creamery is a California farmstead cheesemaker known for producing distinctive goat and cow milk cheeses from local, antibiotic-free herds. Their Goat Gouda is made with 100 percent goat’s milk and aged for four to six months. The cheese develops a firm yet slightly chalky texture, with flavors of tart apple, grass, caramel, and toasted nuts over a smooth, ivory paste. As it matures, small salt crystals may appear, adding a pleasant crunch to its rich character. It’s versatile enough to enjoy on its own, sliced into sandwiches, or paired with crisp white wines and fruit. Or, try our favorite pairing: Fat Toad Farm’s Goat Caramel!

Shadow Blossom

Shadow Blossom is a collaboration between Hofkäserei Kraus, an artisan cheesemaker in the Allgäu region of Bavaria known for crafting traditional Alpine-style cow’s milk cheeses, and the team at Michelin-starred Restaurant Schattbuch in Amtzell. Shadow Blossom starts with a classic semi-hard Allgäu cheese. The rind is encrusted with a selection of six exceptional pepper varieties, including Wild Madagascar pepper, Long pepper, tailed pepper, Kampot pepper, pink peppercorn berries, and a hint of cardamom. This rind gives the cheese a lively complexity and just enough crunch alongside its smooth, buttery interior flavor.

Old Dog Ranch Golden Herb Walnuts

Old Dog Ranch is a family-run farm in Western Colorado that focuses on growing premium walnuts using sustainable practices. Their Organic Golden Herb Walnuts are dusted with a blend of herbs that highlights the nut’s natural sweetness with savory, aromatic notes. The result is a crunchy, fragrant nut that works beautifully on cheese boards, in salads, or simply as a flavorful snack on its own.

Orinoco Patanemo, Venezuela Gianduja Hazelnut Chocolate

Orinoco Chocolate Co. sources beans directly from cacao farmers around the world, celebrating the flavors of origin while keeping their ingredient lists simple and transparent. Their Patanemo Gianduja Hazelnut Chocolate is their take on a traditional Italian gianduja – think elevated hazelnut chocolate spread, in bar form. It combines the region’s naturally nutty and caramel-leaning beans with freshly roasted Oregon hazelnuts. The result is an ultra creamy, fudgy, hazelnut delight.
