Item Highlights
Leeks
Leeks bring a subtle, sweet flavor and tender texture to a wide range of dishes, making them a staple for both everyday meals and special occasions. With their long white bulbs and leafy green tops, leeks have a mild onion aroma that works beautifully in everything from hearty soups to delicate tarts. Â
Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, along with fiber and minerals like manganese and iron, leeks are as nutritious as they are versatile. They also contain allicin, a compound known to support heart health and immunity. Â
Sautéed in butter, roasted until caramelized, or blended into creamy soups, leeks add depth and elegance to any recipe. Their flavor pairs perfectly with potatoes, garlic, citrus, cream, and herbs like thyme, and they complement roasted meats, fish, and hearty grains like farro or barley. Whether used as the star ingredient or a flavorful base, leeks are an amazing way to elevate any dish.
Toma di Capra
Toma di Capra is a delicate, goat’s milk cheese from the Piedmont region of Italy, known for its smooth, creamy texture and mild, tangy flavor. Made from high-quality, pasteurized goat’s milk, this cheese is aged for a short period, allowing its fresh, slightly earthy character to shine through without being overwhelming. It has a soft and pale interior, and is encased in a natural rind, giving it a rustic charm that’s as inviting as its taste. Â
Toma di Capra is rich in protein and calcium, offering a lighter alternative to cow’s milk cheeses while still delivering that satisfying, creamy mouthfeel. Its mild flavor makes it perfect for pairing with fresh fruit, honey, and nuts, while it also melts beautifully into dishes like pasta, salads, or atop a warm crostini.Â
Julianna
Crafted by the talented team at Capriole, a family-owned farm in southern Indiana, Julianna is made from the milk of their small herd of goats, raised with care and respect for the animals and the land. Capriole has been producing award-winning artisan cheeses for over 30 years, prioritizing sustainable farming practices and creating cheeses that reflect the quality and character of their farm.
Julianna is a soft-ripened cheese that has a smooth, buttery consistency, with a flavor that’s both mild and complex. The delicate white rind gives way to a creamy interior that offers hints of fresh grass and a subtle tang, perfect for pairing with honey, fresh herbs, or roasted vegetables. Julianna is a wonderful representation of the artistry that goes into each wheel of cheese, making it a must-try for goat cheese lovers.
American Spoon Pumpkin Butter
American Spoon’s Pumpkin Butter is a rich, smooth spread made from locally grown pumpkins and a blend of warm spices. Crafted by the family-owned company based in Michigan, who we have a long standing connection with, it reflects their commitment to using the finest local ingredients to create exceptional, handcrafted preserves.
With a perfect balance of sweet and savory, the Pumpkin Butter features notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove that complement the pumpkin’s natural sweetness. Its texture is perfect for toast, oatmeal, or as a glaze for roasted meats, making it a delicious addition to both sweet and savory dishes, bringing the essence of fall to any meal.
Askinosie Fruit Punch; Mababu, Tanzania
The story of Askinosie started when Shawn Askinosie quit his successful law practices and suddenly fell in love with making chocolate from scratch. He dumped his entire life savings into starting a US based craft chocolate company and started traveling to remote regions of Ecuador, Tanzania, and the Amazon searching for exotic cocoa beans and small farmers to share the profits with. Fast forward to today and Askinosie Chocolate is one of the best and most widely recognized specialty chocolates in the US.
Askinosie’s Fruit Punch combines rich, dark chocolate with vibrant tropical fruit flavors like pineapple, orange, cherry, and strawberry, and a notable black pepper finish. This bar offers a playful twist on classic chocolate, balancing fruity sweetness with deep cocoa richness. A fun, flavorful treat perfect for any chocolate lover looking for something unique.
