Item Highlights

Mustard Greens

Welcome Mustard Greens to your salads, soups, stews, and more! This ruffled green is not the most common green in the Brassica family but is delicious, flavorful, and healthy. They can be used along with or interchangeably with kale, collards, or broccoli rabe even though their flavor profile is a bit different. They have a peppery, bitter, and gentle mustard flavor. They are quite popular in Southern American dishes as well as Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Mustard Greens are PACKED with nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.  If you enjoy the flavor of mustard, eat them raw or if you prefer a tamer flavor then try them sauteed down with olive oil or butter!

Banner Road Granola

“My expectation of taste and distinct flavors came from my father’s mid-western family farm. Grains were their cash crops and small herds of livestock, vegetable gardens, and orchards fed the extended family. It was there that I learned the value of simple honest foods prepared well. Whether watching winter wheat being ground into flour or fresh cream churned into butter, these activities inform the work I do as a chef today. I hope you can taste the difference.

Our mission is simple: give you the world’s best granola, Period. No shortcuts or concessions.” – Banner Road Founder, Anne Croy.

Kick Start Granola- Gangs of organic oats, seeds, quinoa & sliced almonds accelerated by Askinosie Chocolate® and coffee, roasted to a sweet crunch with extra virgin olive oil & tapioca syrup.

Quicke’s Oak Smoked Cheddar

The Quicke family from Devon, England has been making cheese on the same farm just north of Exeter for over 450 years! All their cheddar is matured slowly, wrapped in muslin cloth, to develop a real depth and complexity of flavor. For the smoked cheddar, they start with a well-flavored cheddar matured for 12-15 months. The truckles are cut into 1.5kg pieces – to ensure that the flavor infuses right through the cheese – and then smoked over oak shavings for 3-4 hours. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk and traditional rennet.

Harbison Sandeman Porto Washed Mini

Harbison is a Jasper Hill original, now available in this petite format and washed with Sandeman port from Portugal, made to celebrate the Fall festivities. This is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind that is woodsy and sweet, with the port adding beautiful aromas of vanilla and oak. Digging into its supple paste, you’ll discover rich tones of sweet cream with a lingering currant finish. When the cheese is young, it is wrapped in strips of spruce cambium, the tree’s inner bark layer harvested from the woodlands of Jasper Hill. The wash represents the marriage of both companies’ shared mission to preserve the agricultural traditions of a working landscape. Sandeman Porto Founder’s Reserve is a hand-selected lot whose aroma and body represent the very best qualities of their ports and terroir. Enjoy with a glass of Porto, fresh berries, and a bite of dark chocolate. Made with pasteurized cow’s milk and traditional rennet.
