Parsnips

Parsnips are a versatile root vegetable with a subtly sweet, nutty flavor and creamy texture that make them a favorite for hearty autumnal dishes. Central Coast Creamery Goat Gouda

Central Coast Creamery is a California farmstead cheesemaker known for producing distinctive goat and cow milk cheeses from local, antibiotic-free herds. Their Goat Gouda is made with 100 percent goat’s milk and aged for four to six months. The cheese develops a firm yet slightly chalky texture, with flavors of tart apple, grass, caramel, and toasted nuts over a smooth, ivory paste. As it matures, small salt crystals may appear, adding a pleasant crunch to its rich character. Jasper Hill Farm Mini Harbison

Jasper Hill Farm is an artisan cheesemaker in Vermont that emphasizes place, connection, and careful affinage through their Cellars aging program. The Mini Harbison is a smaller version of their famed Harbison cheese. It’s wrapped in a strip of spruce bark from the Jasper Hill woodlands and ripened under a bloomy rind. Its interior is luxuriously creamy and spoonable, exhibiting notes of lemon, mustard, and vegetal flavors. The Mini Harbison offers the same nuanced complexity in a more compact size, ideal for trying on a cheese board or sharing in smaller portions.

Santa Barbara Pistachio Co. Salted Organic In-Shell Pistachios

Santa Barbara Pistachio Co. has been growing and producing all-organic, all-natural pistachios since 1995, with its first certified organic crop in 2007. They are family-owned, manage every step of production on their own farms in the Sierra Madre range, and focus on minimal processing to preserve flavor. Their Salted Organic In-Shell Pistachios are tree-ripened on the sunlight-rich hillsides of Santa Barbara County and then roasted using only sea salt. Hand-sorted and packed daily to ensure farm-fresh taste, this product has long been a customer favorite for snacking.
