Item Highlights

Red Dandelion

Coke Farm, a pioneer of organic farming in California since the 1980s, grows a wide range of produce with a commitment to soil health and sustainable practices. Red dandelion greens are a striking and flavorful twist on the classic variety. Their slender, deep green leaves are veined and stemmed with a vivid red hue, giving them a distinctive look that stands out in any bunch of greens. Compared to common dandelion greens, they’re slightly less bitter, with a more delicate flavor and a subtle peppery edge. They’re great lightly sautéed, tossed into salads for color and bite, or added to grain bowls.

Pasamontes Queso Romero

Queso Romero is an artisan cheese produced by the Pasamontes family, who have been crafting traditional cheeses in La Mancha, Spain, for generations. Made with raw sheep’s milk, this cheese showcases the rich, nutty, and slightly tangy character that defines high-quality Manchego. It features a firm yet creamy texture. What sets Romero apart is its aromatic rosemary rind, which infuses the cheese with a subtle herbal essence. The fragrant rosemary complements the savory notes of the Manchego, creating a distinctive and well-rounded profile. Enjoy on its own, paired with Spanish red wine, or served alongside honey and nuts for a taste of La Mancha’s cheesemaking heritage.

St. Stephen

Four Fat Fowl is a small artisan creamery based in the Hudson Valley in New York, founded by a team of passionate cheesemakers dedicated to handcrafted methods and local milk sources. Their triple-cream cheese St. Stephen is made from Jersey cow’s milk and added cream, creating a silky interior wrapped in a delicate bloomy rind. The flavor is rich and buttery with subtle notes of mushroom and fresh cream, giving it depth without heaviness. It works beautifully on toast with a drizzle of honey or paired with a glass of sparkling wine.

Cortijo de Suerte Alta Coupage Extra Virgin Olive Oil

On a trip to Spain, Steven discovered Cortijo de Suerte Alta, a family estate in Baena producing extraordinary organic extra virgin olive oils. Their approach blends heritage with modern, sustainable practices that protect the land and preserve the purity of the fruit. Their Coupage Natural EVOO is a carefully blended composition of Picudo, Picual and Hojiblanca olive varieties, all grown in their century-old groves on the estate. With a tasting profile that opens with sweet green apple and fresh tomato leaf, followed by mild bitterness and a peppery finish, it offers remarkable complexity. The olives are harvested early in the season and cold-milled within hours to preserve aromatics and antioxidants, ensuring the oil retains its vibrancy and depth.

Askinosie Davao, Philippines, 77% Chocolate

The story of Askinosie started when Shawn Askinosie quit his successful law practices and suddenly fell in love with making chocolate from scratch. He dumped his entire life savings into starting a US based craft chocolate company and started traveling to remote regions of Ecuador, Tanzania, and the Amazon searching for exotic cocoa beans and small farmers to share the profits with. Their Davao, Philippines 77% Dark Chocolate is made with single-origin cocoa beans sourced directly from smallholder farmers in the Davao region. This bar highlights the richness and depth of Filipino cacao, with bold notes of brown sugar, fudge, and roasted nuts. It’s deeply flavorful without being overly bitter, thanks to careful roasting and minimal ingredients.
