Item Highlights

Spring Onions

Spring onions, often confused with green onions, are young onions harvested before their bulbs fully mature. Unlike green onions, which have a straight, slender shape with no bulb, spring onions develop small, rounded bulbs and offer a sweeter, milder flavor compared to mature onions. Both the white bulb and the green tops are edible. Spring onions can be enjoyed raw in salads, salsas, and garnishes, providing a gentle onion flavor without overpowering other ingredients. Cooking them enhances their natural sweetness; they can be roasted, grilled, or even pickled! They are rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system, and potassium, which aids in maintaining healthy blood pressure levels.

Manchego Añejo

Manchego Añejo is a robust, deeply flavorful sheep’s milk cheese from Spain’s La Mancha region, aged for 10-12 months to develop its firm texture and concentrated, nutty taste. With a rich, savory profile and hints of caramel and hay, it’s bolder than younger Manchegos but still balanced and smooth. The aging process gives it a crumbly, crystalline bite and a lingering finish that pairs beautifully with membrillo, olives, or a glass of Rioja. It’s a classic choice for anyone who loves aged cheeses with character.

Pasamontes Queso Romero

Queso Romero is an artisan cheese produced by the Pasamontes family, who have been crafting traditional cheeses in La Mancha, Spain, for generations. Made with raw sheep’s milk, this cheese showcases the rich and slightly tangy character that defines high-quality Manchego. It features a firm yet creamy texture. What sets Romero apart is its aromatic rosemary rind, which infuses the cheese with a subtle herbal essence. The fragrant rosemary complements the savory notes of the Manchego, creating a distinctive and well-rounded profile. Enjoy on its own, paired with Spanish red wine, or served alongside honey and nuts!

Villa Jerada Organic Saffron

Villa Jerada’s offerings, made from the highest quality, most painstakingly sustainable ingredients, are owner Mehdi’s love letter to the flavors of the Levantine region. They work directly with growers in the fertile Eastern Rif Mountains to ensure quality, traceability, and fair compensation. Their focus on small-batch offerings highlights traditional cultivation and harvesting methods that honor the plant and the community behind it. Their organic saffron is from high in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains in the city of Taliouine. It’s vibrant and richly aromatic, rich with notes of hay, honey, and hibiscus that elevate both sweet and savory dishes. A little goes a long way, infusing rice, stews, breads, and desserts with distinctive flavor. Whether used in classic Moroccan tagines or simple pastas and risottos, this saffron adds deliciously bright, aromatic complexity.

Ritual Cherry Vanilla 70% Dark Chocolate

Ritual’s Vanilla Cherry Dark Chocolate bar blends vibrant, Utah tart cherries and warm vanilla into their signature Mid Mountain 70% dark chocolate. They source tart Montmorency cherries from Payson Fruit Growers, whose orchards are nourished by winter snow run-off and located just an hour from the Ritual factory. The fruit-forward chocolate base has been sourced with care from sustainable farms and pairs beautifully with the natural brightness of cherry and the softness of real vanilla bean. Ritual crafts their bars bean-to-bar with a deep respect for origin and process, and you can taste it in every square.
