Coke Farm Strawberries
Strawberry fans rejoice! The time has come for the famous, delicious Coke Farms strawberries to hit our shelves, farmers market stand, and of course your produce bag. Coke Farms was started in Watsonville, California in 1980 when the founder planted a quarter-acre of strawberries on his property. Every since they have been providing the most delicious, organic strawberries around. We are very happy to provide these berries all season long through our stand at the downtown farmers market as well as on the shelves in the store. These fragrant, juicy berries are a must-try!
Gold Creek Aged White Cheddar
Gold Creek Farms is a family-owned cheese making facility set on 130 acres in idyllic Woodland, Utah. They grow all their own alfalfa, fertize with their cow manure, and only utilize antibiotics if cows are sick, and which times the cows won’t be used for milk production while being treated. Production is all done on site and kept to a small scale, with complete dedication to local consumers. Their flagship aged white cheddar is a customer favorite. Aged for over a year it is also used as the base for all their speciality cheeses.
Tometta Cremosa Carletta di Pecora
Named after the mother of the two brothers who now run and operate La Casera, this soft ripened sheep’s milk cheese is truly an original. Produced in the area of Cuneo the texture is soft and delicate, and slightly elastic. Both the paste and the rind are stark white but the flavors give way to a delicate, more buttery flavor. Bites of the rind are a bit earthy but compliment the hints of mild sheepiness in the paste.
Belberry San Marzano Ketchup
Belgian fries are said to be the best in the world, so it’s no wonder that Belberry – a Belgian company, didn’t just create just any ketchup! This one is so good you’ll want to eat it straight out of the bottle! Rich, flavourful, fruity San Marzano tomatoes are the main ingredient in this ketchup. The tomatoes are seasoned with red pepper, sea salt, a little vinegar, onions and celery for a harmonious flavour.
Ritual Fleur de Sel 70% Cacao
Ritual Chocolate began in a 400-square-foot studio apartment turned test kitchen in Colorado. The space was filled to the brim with equipment and the aroma of cacao, surrounded by self-built equipment, like a cacao bean drum converted from a chicken rotisserie oven and a mess of PVC pipes that conjoined from every which way just to winnow cacao shells. They now reside in Park City, Utah, having to space to explore their capabilities and practice old world techniques. The Fleur De Sel bar combines artisan French salt and craft 70% chocolate to create the perfectly balanced sweet and savory treat. Pair with strawberries, toasted nuts, or a young Port.
